Country Album Chart Report For April 15, 2015

Darius Rucker remains at #1 for a second week with Southern Style, and has sold nearly 70k in two weeks. The album's lead single "Homegrown Honey" hit #1 on the Mediabase/Country Aircheck chart last week. Sam Hunt sits at #2 again with the nearly Gold Montevallo while the ACM Awards 50 double disc set gains in sales to bring total sales to nearly 22k in two weeks. Luke Bryan's Spring Break...Checkin' Out, comes in at #4 with fans moving on from Spring Break while while Florida Georgia Line's Anything Goes is now at 606k scanned to hold down #5 thanks to a nice sales boost over last week on the Country Album Chart Report For April 15, 2015.

Top Ten Recap

At #6, on the Country Album Chart Report For April 15, 2015, we find Jason Aldean's Old Boots New Dirt with sales now at nearly 904k to date. Lee Brice's I Don't Dance gained remarkably last week thanks to digital sales at iTunes, Google Play and even Target. It sits at #7 with sales now nearly 175k while Eric Church's The Outsiders is at #8 with sales at 897k. The ACM ZinePak sits at #9 with sales now at 22k in 3 weeks (this weekend is the ACM Awards) while #10 is Chase Rice's Ignite The Night. Sales have now surpassed the 200k mark.

Notables

Notables include Carrie Underwood's Greatest Hits Deade #1 and Miranda Lambert's Platinum. Will Hoge's Small Town Dreams debuts at #15 while Kristian Bush's Southern Gravity comes in at #16 with sales virtually identical this week. Thomas Rhett's It Goes Like This has moved the needle to gain sales over last week (nearly 250k total to date) while indie artist Pokey LaFarge's Something In The Water debuts with 1,400 fans buying the rounder records debut.
