Album set to hit stores on April 7, 2015 via Cumberland Recordings/Thirty Tigers.

With 9 studio albums under his belt, Will Hoge was feeling it was time to try something a little bit different and that’s when he decided to call Marshall Altman at 2 am one night (while driving his tour bus) and ask for the well-known producer for help with his next project. Altman immediately agreed stating at a listening party for the new project last night, “I’ve been wanting to work with Will for years!.”

The resulting project, Small Town Dreams, is set to be released on April 7, 2015 via Cumberland Recordings and distributed via Thirty Tigers. The project’s first single, “Middle Of America” is currently out at radio and continues to make an impact (even hitting the Top 10 on the Texas Music Charts, which isn’t bad for a Nashville-area native).

"I think it is the most representative of not only who I am as an artist but where I’m from. I think every song from the record is deeply inspired by growing up in Nashville and Franklin, Tennessee, and watching this area grow and change and become something that it wasn’t 25 years ago,” shares Hoge. “And, I feel like as an artist, kinda I’ve gone through that same transformation. So I feel like it’s literally in my blood and it all came out on this record and I’m super excited for people to be able to to take that journey with us musically.”

To write for this project, Will Hoge teamed up with a plethora of a-list writers including Chris Stapleton, Hillary Lindsey, Jessi Alexander and Platinum artist Gary Allan, among others. Small Town Dreams follows Hoge’s previous album Never Give In. That album featured the biggest “hit” of Hoge’s career, “Strong,” a song selected by Chevrolet for their 2014 Chevy Silverado truck ad campaign. “Strong” has sold over 200,000 downloads to date.
