George Strait Reschedules Weekend Tour Dates

Due to projected snow and freezing rain, George Strait and Reba McEntire have decided to postpone this weekend's concert events in Knoxville, TN and Charlottesville, VA.  The Knoxville show has been rescheduled for April 2nd while Charlottesville's show has been rescheduled for April 3rd.  The artists came to the decision to postpone the events so that both their crew and fans weren't subjected to the possibility of getting hurt, with Strait saying: "We regret the change but it's best to take all the necessary precautions."

Zac Brown Band Announces West Coast Tour

The GRAMMY-nominated Zac Brown Band will bring their "Breaking Southern Ground" tour to the West Coast for the first time with over a dozen concert dates starting in March.  The band will also make an early stop on the West Coast next week to perform live on the GRAMMY telecast from STAPLES Center in LA on January 31. This summer, Zac Brown Band will join the Dave Matthews Band to perform at select shows including New York's Citi Field.

The "Breaking Southern Ground" tour provides concert goers with the full Zac Brown Band experience: eat-and-greets featuring Zac cooking up his signature recipes for a few lucky fans in most markets, in addition to performances by three up-and-coming Atlanta-based artists who have been signed by Zac Brown to his label Southern Ground Records: Sonia Leigh, Levi Lowrey and Nic Cowan. The shows will host various on-stage combinations of the musicians integrated throughout the event as Zac Brown Band will make appearances during each artist's set and invite them to join the full band later in the night.

Sugar Hill/Vanguard duo Joey + Rory will be on hand to act as the MC's at these concert events as well.
