Last year Steven Padilla released a strong album called "Good at Goodbye" which featured 11 tracks written by the Alabama native. Now working on his follow-up project, Padilla has released this single, "When I'm Drunk."
It showcases a talented singer/songwriter who has grown between the first project and his forthcoming project. "When I'm Drunk" tells a familiar story in a new way and it's a story we should all want to hear more of in the months ahead. It's likely to find a home on the Texas music and secondary radio charts which are more open to Padillia's rootsy approach to songwriting.
What do you think?

I love it! Why are why are there no men in country music anymore? It's all a bunch of frat boys. I bought the old album after listening to the song and now I cannot wait for the new one! He is awesome!

Pure solid country. Is current crap country radio ready to admit their failure and return to what differentiates them from the pack? The Texas playlists would be a good start. It is supported by what country fans long for, not what they are forced to accept.
