John King - "Tonight Tonight"

Listen to the singer/songwriter's debut single for Black River Entertainment.

John King's brand new single is nearing the Top 40 at Country Radio. Signed to Black River Entertainment, John King originally fronted a 'band' before the label and the rising star decided to have him head out solo (after all there are quite a few bands at the moment so it probably wasn't a bad idea).

"Tonight Tonight" is a light, uptempo summertime jam of a song that doesn't say too much but that doesn't seem to be the point of the song (written by Dylan Altman, Marshall Altman and Andy Cortes). It's instead a song that's all about the journey to a fun evening, the kind of evening you'll remember for the rest of your life, or just the "best night of your life" until you have another "best night of your life." The production from Doug Johnson (Clay Walker) and Marshall Altman (Frankie Ballard, Eric Paslay) perfectly balances the carpe diem-like lyrics.
