Well-known from his time fronting iconic Red Dirt band Cross Canadian Ragweed and for his recent fronting of new band The Departed, Cody Canada has released a new acoustic collection of songs called Some Old, Some New, Maybe A Cover or Two. Take a listen to "Dead Man" from the new album here!

The lead vocalist/frontman for Americana/Red Dirt bands The Departed and Cross Canadian Ragweed, Cody Canada has a new solo record (released November 19) which features this tune, "Dead Man." Some Old, Some New, Maybe A Cover Or Two is acoustic and gives fans an insight into his creative process and also nods to a few of his favorites and influences as well.

What Cody says about "Dead Man": "This song was written about a rough family moment. I've since gotten over the reason and forgave. Still felt good at the moment. Therapy."
