Set to impact country radio next week, Granger Smith’s “Hate You Like I Love You” is a fresh take on the break up song where hate is as equally as passionate to love when it comes to a relationship, one that is good or one that is bad. This song proves that the opposite of love is “indifference” in that if you don’t care about someone, you will just move on. Hate has that passion and it may be the only way for someone to move on, as a last resort.
The single comes off the heels of the successful release of his 10th studio album Country Things, which came out late last year.
