With her debut single "Love Me Like You Mean It" making historic in roads on June 22, Kelsea Ballerini and her team have officially choses "Dibs" as the follow-up single. The song is from her debut album "The First Time" and has been streamed over 500,000 times on iTunes alone.
Kelsea Ballerini Dibs has a cute story of a girl going after the guy she wants and claiming him as hers. It uses the slang term that youve no doubt used at one point in your life and it's often a phrase guys use with friends when they see a pretty girl they want to ask out. So basically, Kelsea and her co-writers turn the idea around and make it a female-oriented "dibs" situation amongst friends.
Dibs was co-written by Kelsea, Jason Duke, Ryan Griffin and Josh Kerr.
