Check out this cool new music video (filmed in Austin) from the studio featuring RoughStock discovery artist Ryan Link. The talented newcomer showcases a sound that's uniquely his own on the "Under The Rug" track."
More info from the artist:
"Under The Rug" started as a hard rock song. It had the feeling of a triumphant comeback anthem - "You can't sweep me under the rug" - but I realized the song also wanted to be about a problem that won't go away. Something or someone keeps cropping up in your life because you haven't dealt with it properly or put it to rest. So I sang from that point of view, where I'm a recurring "issue" in your life. Could be a past lover, or booze, or drugs... anything you've had a love/hate relationship with. "Don't stick your nose where it don't belong” may or may not be about drugs, for example. But hey, choose your own adventure.
What do you think?

Loved the song and the performance. Enjoyed seeing Ryan, Alex, John, and others from the cast of the musical "Once" doing a very different kind of song. Had a real driving country/rock beat.
