Kaitlyn Baker is an exciting new talent on our radar and she got on it thanks to this passionate story song (“Burn”). Above you can view her video.
Raised in the Cumberland Mountains around the coal mining culture of Virginia, Baker began singing at the age of seven and by 14 she had written and recorded a pair of albums that lead her to open shows for top artists like Brett Eldridge, Billy Currington and Travis Tritt. Her music naturally reflects influences from bluegrass, Gospel and classic rock, the music of her parents.
Kaitlyn Baker has signed with Silvercreek Records for her upcoming EP Release through Sony/Red. “Burn” is one of the EP’s featured tracks and is Kaitlyn Baker’s debut single and tells the story of a woman who is fed up with being cheated on.
