Katie repeatedly scores high on CMT and GAC video countdown due to fan support. Whenever her name is brought up to radio, it falls on deaf ears. I finally asked one radio personality to check her name against video single results; the evidence was overwhelming. My final response was if you ignore the voice of fans, you will ease their transition to Sirius, etc. where artists like this are constantly played.
