Mac Powell, the frontman of Grammy-winning Third Day has been working in the country Music field with his 2012 self-titled release Mac Powell and his follow-up to that record, the recently released Southpaw. The gritty and soulful vocalist wrote all but one of the tracks on Southpaw. One of two self-penned tracks, "Red Boots" showcases the singer's new rootsy style and serves up a strong dose of Country/Soul Music.
