A talented singer/songwriter with influences ranging from Patsy Cline to Kelly Clarkson to Jennifer Nettles, to name but a few, Brinn Black is ready to add her name to someone else’s list of influences with her new song “72's.” The talented singer from Virginia has shared the stages with the likes of Little Big Town, Sammy Kershaw, Lady Antebellum, Montgomery Gentry, Darius Rucker, LoCash, Gretchen Wilson and Justin Moore, among others. She’s also hugely involved in charitable efforts and even created a multi-day songwriter festival called “Lyrics On The Lake,” an event which brings Nashville songwriters to Smith Mountain Lake, VA every year and has raised over $100,000 to date for The Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals of Central and Southwest VA.
With “72’s,” the follow-up to her vulnerable and viral hit “Daddy’s Medicine,” Brinn Black shares another side to her artistry when she longs for the love of her lover the way he seems to love his favorite cigarette.
