The Eli Young Band have released their first single from their new EP. Both the single and the EP are called "Turn It On" and showcase an evolving sound on the song, a sound they're exploring throughout the new EP.
With the single, co-written with Rodney Clawson, the band showcases an ability to navigate with a sound that neither abandons the core of who they are nor feels overtly "bro." The song is, instead, an of the moment, radio-ready anthem about a guy who cannot turn his love on and off like a light switch in the way the girl in the song seems to do.
