Dan+Shay have yet to break the Top 10 but came close with debut single "19 You + Me" when it peaked at #11 just missing the Top 10 (because of a handful of new releases from established superstars) and their follow-up, “Show You Off” hit #21 before the duo issued this fantastic third single from Where It All Began.
"Nothin' Like You" practically jumps out of the speakers with its modern country/pop production (from co-writer Chris DeStefano). And while initially it seemed something else would be the duo of Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney's third single, this song started to stand out. While Dan+Shay will never be confused with a traditionalist country act, "Nothin' On You" firmly cements their mainstream country sensibilites. Their harmonies are tight while the melody is particularly infectious. It's the perfect radio single and should at least get the duo back into the Top 10 if not higher.

Vocals sound EXACTLY like Gary LeVox mixed with Hunter Hayes and while the song is catchy its SO pop and slick it just turned me off from the beginning. Once chorus got there it did have some ear worm quality to it but it took awhile.
