Florida Georgia Line’s record-breaking run with “Cruise” continues, Cassadee Pope debuts with “Wasting All These Tears” Four Country Singles Combined to sell over 500,000 downloads last week.

The CMT Music Awards certainly helped a string of artists have impressive sales numbers over last week’s chart with each star who appeared on the show showcasing massive sales incerases and the top 34 songs all selling 20,000 or more. The top-selling singles this week are lead by Florida Georgia Line’s unstoppable “Cruise.” The crossover hit gains fans every day and now has sold nearly 4.1 million singles to date, the best debut single in the digital era for any country act and now the longest-running #1 in Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart history (passing Buck Owens). Last fall’s winner of the third cycle of The Voice, Cassadee Pope is of to a swift start at Radio and digital retail with “Wasting All These Tears” sitting at #2 with 125,000 singles sold, by far the most any singer from “The Voice” (that’s not a coach) has ever sold in one week (outside the show because Pope herself sold 152,000 copies of “Over You” while on the program).

Blake Shelton’s “Boys ‘Round Here” is waiting to Hit #1 on the radio airplay chart (it’s already a #1 hit on the Hot Country Songs chart and is now a Platinum-selling single with sales of nearly 1.1 million. Darius Rucker’s recent #1 hit “Wagon Wheel” continues to sell well and has moved 1.5 million tracks and thanks to the CMT Awards it gained 25% in sales over last week. Finally, Luke Bryan’s “Crash My Party” remains in the Top 5 this week with sales now over 705,000 for the title track to his August album (the fifth of his career and second in 2013).

“I Want Crazy” Gold and leads star-packed Top 10, rounded out by “Mama’s Broken Heart.”

Two Week Country Airplay #1 hit “Highway Don’t Care” from Tim McGraw, Taylor Swift and Keith Urban has maintained a strong sales pace and has sold nearly 1.2 million tracks to lead the second half of this week’s Top 10 while Hunter Hayes scores his fourth Gold or Platinum single with “I Want Crazy,” a full two weeks before Hunter Hayes (ENCORE!) is released. Randy Houser’s “Runnin’ Outta Moonlight” continues to rise up the charts giving the talented singer his second-consecutive hit to start his career with Stoney Creek Records after breaking-through with Universal South. Florida Georgia Line’s recent Airplay #1 hit “Get Your Shine On”is next with sales of nearly 1.2 million while Miranda Lambert’s recent #1 Airplay hit “Mama’s Broken Heart” rebounds into the Top 10 after one week outside with sales also near 1.2 million for the fourth single from Four The Record. Lambert has just released “All Kinds of Kinds” to radio to close out the album’s cycle.

“See You Again” scores a 12 slot jump and is joined by Florida Georgia Line’s “Round Here” as the “Risers of the Week.”.

With a 69% sales increase thanks to the performance on the CMT Awards last week, Carrie Underwood’s powerful “See You Again” rises up 12 slots to #11 on this chart. Sales are now over 227,000 copies in 12 weeks. Danielle Bradbery debuts with “A Little Bit Stronger,” selling 36,000 copies of the Sara Evans hit. She also debuts in the Top 30 with “Shake The Sugar Tree.” Both songs were performed on last-week’s NBC The Voice telecast. Keith Urban’s “Little Bit of Everything” rises into the Top 30 again thanks to the CMT Music Awards while Brett Eldredge is Top 20 in sales AND on the radio airplay chart with his breakthrough hit “Don’t Ya.” Blake Shelton’s duet of “Home” with Usher from “Healing In The Heartland” sold 29,000 copies for Oklahoma Tornado relief efforts while “‘Round Here” from Florida Georgia Line debuts in the Top 30 with sales of 22,000. The Swon Brothers’ “Wagon Wheel” debuts in the Top 30 with sales of 22,000. They join Bradberry and Michelle Chamuel in the Top 3 finale next week. Finally, it was a slow ride but Jason Aldean’s “1994” has surpassed the 500,000 singles sold mark, making it eligible for Gold certification by the RIAA.
