Country Chart News – The Top 30 Digital Singles – December 11, 2013: Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Scotty McCreery & Cassadee Pope News

This week’s Top 30 Digital Singles returns to a bit of pre Yuletide ‘normalcy’ with some notable singles rising up the charts and others holding fort in the Top 10. Get the complete lowdown on the top 30 Digital Country singles here!

Luke Bryan Leads Top 5 with a pair of tracks, is joined by Florida Georgia Line’s “Stay” as they hit Gold while the duo has two more tracks in the Top 10.

Luke Bryan has two Top 5 tracks with “Drink A Beer” handling the #1 slot while previous hit is #4 with sales of 1.335m total. Sititng at #2 this week and officially Gold-eligible is Florida Georgia Line’s “Stay” which has scanned 506k to date. Meanwhile, David Nail’s looking good for his third Gold single with his fastest-rising hit to date “Whatever She’s Got.” Finally, the top 5 is rounded out by Cole Swindell’s first career Single, “Chillin’ It.” The single has moved 497k to date and has hit 500k scanned this week.

Top 10 includes Cassadee Pope’s  and Jason Aldean’s “When She Says Baby.”

Sitting at #6 is Miranda Lambert and Keith Urban’s “We Were Us,” a song which is also close to selling Gold and was a recent Airplay #1 single. Cassadee Pope’s “Wasting All These Tears” is at #7 with sales now at 685k while Florida Georgia Line owns the #9 and #10 slots with “Cruise” and “This Is How We Roll.” The former has sold 6.2 million tracks while the latter (a duet with Luke Bryan) has moved 75k in those two weeks on the charts.

Jason Aldean “When She Says Baby,” Jon Pardi “Up All Night” and Dan + Shay “19 You+Me” features.

After last week’s ‘bro country’ takeover, things are a little bit back to normal this week with Jason Aldean’s latest hit leading the way with sales up 63% over last week. “Sunny and 75” from Joe Nichols and “Carolina” from Parmalee are nearly Gold for both artists, while Eric Paslay’s “Friday Night” has hit the Top 10 of Radio Airplay and returns to the chart and has sold 250k to date. Rising duo Dan+Shay hits the Top 30 for the first time with their debut, breakout single “19 You + Me.” The single has now sold 78k to date. Frankie Ballard’s “Helluva Life,” Jerrod Niemann’s “Drink To That All Night” are also notable as is Scotty McCreery’s “See You Tonight.” Frankie’s sold 125k to date while Jerrod Niemann’s party tune has moved 75k and Scotty’s has moved 325k to date.

Outside The Top 30 Notes:

  • The Cadillac Three debut with “The South” at #31 with 10k sold.

  • Danielle Bradbery “The Heart Of Dixie” is at #36 with sales now at 206k to date.

  • Jamey Johnson, Twiggy Ramirez & Shooter Jennings “You Are My Sunshine” at 39 with sales of 8k,

  • Dustin Lynch “Wild In Your Smile” at #48 (63k to date).

  • Thompson Square “Everything I Shouldn’t Be Thinking About at #49 (73k to date).
