Cory Asbury Releases New Version of “My Inheritance” featuring Corey Kent

Rising star Cory Asbury is joined by fellow rising star Corey Kent on new version of Ashbury’s streaming hit.

Today the Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum, selling rising country singer Cory Asbury has released a powerful new rendition of his single “My Inheritance,”. A song which showcases the crossover appeal of Cory Asbury as he grows within the country music world after becoming a big star in the Christian music world. His latest album, Pioneer, featured the original version of “My Inheritance,” and this new one is an exciting version of a song that speaks of his life experiences not previously shared.

Pioneer features songs co-written it’s the likes of Lori McKenna (Tim McGraw, Little Big Town), Shane Stevens (Lady A, Walker Hayes), Paul Mabury (Lauren Daigle, Chris Tomlin) and Tom Douglas (Collin Raye, Kane Brown, Miranda Lambert). The album features songs of loss, love, redemptions and, ultimately acceptance throughout. For the new version song, both Cory and Corey had great things to say about it.
