Kenny Chesney Leads RIAA Certifications for November 2022

Superstar has 17 Platinum and 6 Gold Singles and 4 Albums Certified in November. Luke Combs, Larry Fleet, Morgan Wallen, Cole Swindell and Chris Stapleton among other artists certified.

It was a big month for Kenny Chesney’s team in November as seventeen singles and four albums were certified Platinum or Multiplatinum by the RIAA. In addition to the Platinum news, Kenny had six singles certified Gold by the RIAA. Platinum is reached at 1 million units sold (combination of stream equivalents & sales) and Gold is for 500,000 (streaming equivalents & sales). Iconic Chesney hits on the ledger include “American Kids,” “Don’t Blink,” “How Forever Feels,” “You Had Me From Hello” and “She Thinks My Tractor’s Sexy” while the album When The Sun Goes Down was certified 5x Platinum amongst the albums.

Other artists with multiple certifications include Luke Combs with “Beer Never Broke My Heart, “Better Together” and his first two albums scoring multiplatinum nods while Cole Swindell’s “She Had Me At Heads Carolina,” and “You Should Be Here” were among his certifications. Chris Stapleton’s “Broken Halos” was certified 4x Platinum while Priscilla Block’s “Just About Over You” becomes her first Platinum single. Larry Fleet scored his first Gold single with “Where I Find God” while Tyler Hubbard’s first solo single “5 Foot 9” earned Gold certification this month as well.
