Mitchell Tenpenny Releases Cover of Lewis Capaldi’s hit “Someone You Loved”

New song inspired by charity is set to have live performance debut on May 5 via #TenpennyTuesdays social event.

A worldwide hit, “Someone You Loved” hit #1 in the USA in early 2020 and now the Riser House/Columbia artist, no stranger to his own successful radio hits, Mitchell Tenpenny has released his own cover of the track. The song first appeared in a recent Instagram Live session and will be performed in full on his #TenpennyTuesdays live social event.

During the social event, Mitchell encourages fans to participate in the “There’s Comfort in Giving” program, which Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Sony Music Nashville and many of Sony’s artists initiated to help donate meals to healthcare professionals in the HCA Healthcare system. For every $10 virtual Gift Card purchased online (here) by May 12, 2020, the restaurant will donate meals to the frontline workers. The restaurant has pledged up to 15,000 meals. Mitchell has chosen the healthcare workers at TriStar Health in Nashville to receive the meals.
