Country Album Chart Report: October 12, 2015

George Strait and Don Henley swap spots, giving George Strait his 27th #1 album on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart.

The entire Top 5 from last week's report remains the Top 5 this week with only George Strait's Cold Beer Conversation taking over the #1 slot from Don Henley's Cass County. The #3 album is Thomas Rhett's Tangled Up with Luke Bryan's Kill The Lights at #4. Rounding out the Top 5 is Sam Hunt's Montevallo.

Sitting at #6 is Zac Brown Band's Jekyll+Hyde. At #7 is Alabama's three week old Southern Drawl. At #8 is Brett Eldredge's Illinois. At #9 is Eric Church's The Outsiders. At #10 is indie artist Kane Brown with Closer. He's now sold 10,000 copies of an EP that's sure to get major labels talking.
