Rainey Qualley Makes Second Grand Ole Opry Appearance

“Me And Johnny Cash” singer delivers a strong set on her second appearance at the Grand Ole Opry in two months.

You can tell a lot about a new artist by the company they keep and for rising singer/songwriter Rainey Qualley, that company is the Grand Ole Opry. After making her debut at the Grand Ole Opry in August, Rainey was immediately invited back to the program for a repeat performance on September 29. She was asked back as part of the Opry’s 90th birthday celebrations and shared the stage with stars like Dierks Bentley.

Qualley’s Turn Down The Lights EP was featured during her performance with “Me And Johnny Cash” being joined by two other songs. Rainey also performed this past Saturday night from the Opry Plaza of the Grand Ole Opry House to help kick off their 90th anniversary celebration.
