Country Albums Chart Report For August 31, 2015

Kip Moore's sophomore album Wild Ones" starts off with strong sales week to hold down #2 behind UMG Nashville label mate (and superstar) Luke Bryan.

Luke Bryan's Kill The Lights holds off Kip Moore to remain at #1 with Moore hitting #2 on this week's chart with his critically acclaimed album Wild Ones debuts with over 35k albums scanned for the #2 debut on The Country Albums Chart Report for August 31, 2015. Elvis Presley's Elvis Forever is at #3 with 44k scanned in two weeks while Sam Hunt's Montevallo is at #4 with 722k scanned to date (and one of only 4 albums to be on the Top 30 of the Billboard 200 all of 2015). Zac Brown Band's Jekyll+Hyde is at #5 with 12k scanned, bringing them their Gold certification eligibility.

Sitting at #6 this week is Eric Church's The Outsiders with Anything Goes from Florida Georgia Line sitting at #7. Sitting at #8 is Alan Jackson's Angels & Alcohol. Little Big Town's Pain Killer is at 334k to date  while Brantley Gilbert's Anything Goes sits at #10 with over 896k scanned to date.
