With “Smoke Break” out on iTunes today (after hitting radio yesterday), Carrie Underwood has also issued the brand new music video for the single — which goes for official radio adds on Monday — today via ETonline and Entertainment Tonight. The clip will be exclusive to the entertainment program and their website for 24 hours. The video was directed by Randee St. Nicholas, who helmed Underwood’s award-winning “Blown Away” clip.
