Top 30 Digital Country Singles chart for August 18, 2015

Luke Bryan Dominates the charts this week with updates for classic hits and his newest tracks from "Kill The Lights."

This week we find Sam Hunt holding down the #1 slot of the Top 30 Digital Country Singles chart for August  18, 2015 with "House Party," his third straight Gold or Platinum single from Montevallo. As great of a status that is for Sam, Luke Bryan is undoubtedly this week's chart leader with five tracks in the Top 30 this week but more on this note later. Sitting at #2 is Keith Urban's "John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16." The single has now scanned 301k to date. At #3 is Thomas Rhett's "Crash And Burn." The single has scanned 549k to date while Chris Janson's "Buy Me A Boat," one of the songs of the summer for country music, has scanned 510k to date, giving the singer his first Gold single as an artist (he has one for co-writing "Truck Yeah" for Tim McGraw).  Janson's debut album is being recorded and will be out this fall. Sitting at #5 is Luke Bryan's "Strip It Down." In 3 weeks, the single has scanned 108k.

Top 10 Notes

Right behind "Strip It Down" at #6 is Luke's first single from this week's #1 album, Kill The Lights, "Kick The Dust Up." The single has scanned 772k to date. At #7 is Luke's friend and UMG label mate Eric Church. "Like A Wrecking Ball" has now scanned 797k to date. Cam's "Burning House" is at #8 with 168k to date. At #9 is Little Big Town's "Girl Crush." The single has moved 32k this week to bring totals to 1.652 million. Rounding out the Top 10 is "Loving You Easy," this week's radio airplay #1.

Brett Eldredge "Lose My Mind" is at #12 with 237k scanned to date while last week's #1 radio hit "Kiss You In The Morning" is at #13 (but up from last week) with sales at 275k to date. Old Dominion's Top 20 single "Break Up With Him" is at #14 with sales of 314k to date while Chris Young is right behind them with "I'm Comin' Over." CY has sold 290k tracks to date for the lead single from his forthcoming album of the same name. Tim McGraw's "Top Of The World" debuts in the Top 30 at #18 with 21k scanned to date while Luke Bryan's "To The Moon And Back," "Home Alone Tonight (With Karen Fairchild)," and "Kill The Lights" are all Top 30 this week.
