After taking a break to refresh his batteries, Pat Green is set to release Home, his first collection of new material since 2009’s What I’m For. It’s also the first time in a dozen years that Pat is issuing a recording outside of a major record label system. For Home, Pat has partnered with Thirty Tigers to release the project on August 14, 2015.
Featuring a baker’s dozen (13) tracks, Home has seven songs written by Pat with co-writers like his longtime friends David Neuhauser, Justin Pollard, Clay Hughes, top songwriters Jedd Hughes, Liz Rose, Patrick Davis, Scooter Carusoe, Walt Wilkins and Chris Stapleton. Jon Randall co-produced with Justin Pollard and Gary Paczosa and also co-wrote the first hit off of the album, “Girls From Texas” with Shane Mcanally. Other top songwriters include Chuck Cannon, Matt Ramsey (of Old Dominion), Zane Williams, Dierks Bentley, Brett Beavers and Jim Beavers, Josh Osborne, Jessi Alexander, Troy Verges and Andrew Dorff. It’s a who’s who of songwriters and contributors as well as Lyle Lovett, Marc Broussard, Sheryl Crow, Delbert McClinton, Lee Roy Parnell and also features harmony vocals from Sarah Buxton, Chris Stapleton and Jon Randall.
