Brooke Hogan To Release Country EP

Rising singer/songwriter known for Hogan Knows Best and Brooke Knows Best will showcase her hard charging country sound on new five song EP.

Set to be released on September 4, 2015, I Wanna Be Your Girlfriend will introduce country music fans to Brooke Hogan’s musical talent. Hogan’s country debut will include five tracks which were created with multi-talented songwriter/producers Ira Dean, Drew Davis and Blake Bolllinger.

Perhaps best known as the daughter of iconic pro wrestler Hulk Hogan, Brooke Hogan’s talents as a singer/songwriter showcase her to be much more than the TV star and daughter of ‘privilege’ that some have accused her of being and that’s a lot of the reason for this musical change from Brooke Hogan (who released an album around the time her TV shows aired).

That talent is showcased on the five songs featured on the EP, from thematic storylines befitting of a film soundtrack (“Fly Away” written with Josh Osborne and Old Dominion vocalist/writer Matt Ramsey), “Hero” (Self-written) and “Avalanche” (written with an A-list group of songwriters like Lisa Carver, Jennifer Zuffinetti, Blake Bollinger and Sam Tinnesz). The EP continues with “Girlfriend,” the lead single (which just hit country radio with a mid-August playlist add date) and one other track set to surprise fans.

“A bona-fide resident of Music City, I’ve spent the last four years in Nashville writing and recording with the goal to produce music that is reflective of who I am as a music entertainer and how I’ve grown as a songwriter,”  Brooke introduced.  “Writing alongside some of the most creative songwriters has been invaluable and embracing, and I feel like today’s country music format is a perfect fit and a ‘welcome home’ for the type of music I am writing and recording today.”

Just another wannabe with no talent. Couldn't make it in pop and now wants to try Country Music. She is as bad and Toby Keith's daughter who he couldn't shove down our throats. Go get your own career and quit using daddy's money and fame.
