This week newcomer Cam edges out Kenny Chesney for the top spot on the Most-Added Songs at Radio: July 14, 2015 list with 51 adds bringing her to 87 stations on board during the first official week at country radio for the song we've hailed as one of 2015's best. Kenny Chesney's "Save It For A Rainy Day" has 107 total adds on its official launch date. The song was written by RCA Nashville's Matt Ramsey and Trevor Rosen (of Old Dominion) with Andrew Dorff. It's Chesney's fourth single from his The Big Revival album. Dierks Bentley sits at #3 for a second week with another of 2015's best singles, "Riser." It has 56 adds in two weeks, only 2 off the pace of A Thousand Horses' sophomore single "(This Ain't No) Drunk Dial." Rounding out the Top 5 is Chris Janson's "Buy Me A Boat" one of the biggest surprise breakouts of 2015 thus far (Cam may follow suit). In 13 weeks, he's gone from unsigned to Top 20 and nearly 300k copies of the single sold.
Florida GEorgia Line's "Anything Goes" has 113 stations now on board while Alan Jackson, Brett Eldredge and Thomas Rhett are all tied at #7 with 11 adds this week, giving each a nice week of adds. The 11 represent the first stations for Jackson's traditional-leaning tune "Jim And Jack And Hank" while Eldredge has 152 for "Lose My Mind" and Thomas Rhett's Crash And Burn" has 151. Rounding out the Top 10 is Jake Owen's "Real Life." The single has moved 144 stations to add it to their rotations already.
