Brett Eldredge is following up his three chart-topping hits with his brand new single, "Lose My Mind." The song impacted country radio earlier this week and has already become a smash with his fan base.
The reigning CMA New Artist of the Year is his usual suave, debonair self in the video (which also debuted this week), until he meets a woman he can’t get out of his head. Along the way, Eldredge is held hostage by the thought of her in a mind-bending video for a mind-bending song.
“I’ve had experiences like this,” Eldredge says of the song, which he co-wrote with Ross Copperman and Heather Morgan. “Sometimes the groove of a song might tell you what path you’re going down. All the sudden this wacky groove starts leading you to weird places. And I remembered this girl I was talking to for a while, and I couldn’t think about anything else in the whole world but this girl.”
The song is available at iTunes and all digital music outlets. Fans don’t have to wait until Eldredge’s new album hits stores this fall to hear new music. Eldredge is also performing new material as he joins Darius Rucker’s Southern Style Tour this summer, beginning May 14 in Holmdel, New Jersey.
