“Dream About Me,” the strong single from Season 13 American Idol finalist showcases limitless talent of the Alabama-native. The song, written with Brad Wolf, Don Goodman, Erik Nelson and David Jones, showcases his ability to write songs ripped right from his life. This is Dexter Roberts’ first release since finishing in 7th Place on American Idol’s 13th season (last year).

Roberts will release his first EP, also titled Dream About Me, on March 24. The EP was produced by Erik Nelson and features three Dexter Roberts co-writes that include hit writers/artists Ash Bowers and Neal Coty in addition to Don Goodman and Brad Wolf. The last track on the project, “Heaven Is A Small Town” was co-written by Derek George, Ash Bowers and Chuck Jones.
