"Tiny hands and tiny feet...God has blessed us with an amazing gift!" the singer wrote along the picture that went out via Twitter and Instagram earlier this morning.

Carrie Underwood has officially become a mommy! Underwood and her hockey playing hubby Mike Fisher welcomed their first son -- Isaiah Michael -- on Friday, February 27.

Underwood made the birth announcement herself via social media with a precious picture of her baby boy bundled up, focusing on his sweet little hand and kissable cheek.
