With Glen Campbell too deep into his Alzheimer's disease to perform "I'm Not Gonna Miss You," the emotive Grammy-winning single, Tim McGraw was asked by the Campbell family to step in Glen's shoes for the performance and he delivered one of the best performances of his career on that stage. Emotionally maybe but not good. The song itself is powerful but it needed a stronger vocalists. Also he looks unhealthy- eat something, buddy. yikes

Tim did a pretty good job. It was bittersweet . Having a parent to die with Alzheimer's it brought tears to my eyes. I thought the song had a good chance of winning and then came GLORY and I knew that was going to be the winner. Great to see the song get the recognition though.
