I'll work on the Top Ten Country Hybrid Sales/SEA/TEA Albums Chart, the one that lines up with the Billboard 200 tomorrow.

  • Carrie

GooglePlus was giving away Blake's cd for free and he STILL only sold 9000- yikes! I don't understand the rating system. How can Carrie have a gold album w/ 253,000 sold? Maybe at 450,000 you could give it to her but this ships out system is ridiculous. Nothing against Carrie but the music industry is crazy.

If the album is given away by GooglePlus it cannot count on the Billboard sales chart UNLESS Google bought the albums at full wholesale prices. As for Carrie, it's GOLD because it's two discs and the RIAA certifies double disc albums at 250k copies sold for Gold, 500k for Platinum and one million for multi-platinum.
