To celebrate the season, Roughstock has asked a few country stars their favorite Country Artist Christmas Memories for 2014. We’ve got the Henningsens, Sandra Lynn, Jamie Lynn Spears, Austin Webb and Dakota Bradley to share their memories. Webb, The Henningsens and Spears share exclusive photos with Spears’ a siblings portrait which includes her superstar big sister Britney.
Austin Webb's favorite Christmas present:
My favorite Christmas present ever was my Nerf bow! It got me into bow hunting!
Dakota Bradley’s favorite Christmas memory:
My favorite Holiday memory or tradition, is how my family all gets together, even though my parents are divorced. We have so much fun!
The Henningsens Christmas memories:
One year I made a playhouse for the kids. To keep it secret, I built it in the barn at Grandpa's house. It was too big to move in to place in the yard before Christmas so we planned to take all the kids over to the barn to see it on Christmas day. We had gotten our first video camera on Christmas Eve and were anxious to film the surprise. Aaron's younger brother Andy (about 11 years old at the time) wanted to do the filming honors. We gave him instructions to go in first and make sure he got each little one's surprised look when they saw their new playhouse. Somehow he got a bit distracted. When we viewed the video later that day we realized that in all the excitement he had filmed everything in the barn; except for one thing! We had a video of the cows, farm equipment, a cat, hay bales and a bit of the playhouse, but not one of the children! We laughed so hard we cried!
Sandra Lynn’s favorite Christmas memory:
Since moving to Brea, California with my family when I was 8 years old, the neighborhood we moved into always went all out with Christmas lights and decorations on their houses, and in their front yards. So every year at Christmas, my parents would host having my whole extended family over, and we would go for a walk around the neighborhood on Christmas night, checking out all of the beautiful lights and decorations on the neighboring houses.
Jamie Lynn Spears’ Favorite Christmas Memory
One of my favorite memories is when my whole family and most of our friends flew to New York and went on a shopping spree after store hours! Of course all of the gifts were cool, but we all just had the best time, because we were all together!
