Fresh off the heels of a pair of 'comeback' #1 hits in "Hey Girl" and "We Are Tonight," Billy Currington's been hard at work in the studio working on his next album. While details aren't fully known at this time, we do know that Billy is set to release a brand new single to radio this week titled "Don't It."
Written by Jaren Johnston, Ashley Gorley and Ross Copperman, "Don't It" follows the vibe and feel of the hits mentioned above, both tracks which were also produced by Dann Huff.
"Don't It" blends the best of those contemporary songs with what has always worked well for Currington, his rootsy, country-soul sound, a sound which he has owned since launching his career in 2003.
