Luke Bryan Tops the Charts With "Roller Coaster"

Only country star to have three singles hit #1 in 2014.

Luke Bryan is once again sitting pretty at the top of the country singles charts this week with his 11th career No. 1 hit, "Roller Coaster." The tune is Bryan's fifth consecutive No. 1 song, following previous hits "That's My Kind of Night," "Crash My Party," "Drink a Beer" and "Play It Again." It is also lands him in a category all his own by being the only country artist in 2014 to have three chart-topping singles.

"Hope You Get Lonely Tonight" singer Cole Swindell is also celebrating this week, as he is a co-writer on "Roller Coaster." Swindell penned the tune with Bryan's long-time friend and guitar player, Michael Carter.

Currently, Bryan is wrapping up work on his 2014 Farm Tour, before picking back up on his That’s My Kind of Night Tour, where it has been selling out concerts all across the US and Canada, including four sold-out stadiums shows this summer playing to 225,000 fans.

Bryan is one of the scheduled performers at the forthcoming 48th Annual CMA Awards on November 5, where he is nominated for Entertainer of the Year and “Male Vocalist.
