Last week, Clay Walker held his 3rd Annual “Give MS the Boot” event on Friday, September 26 at the Bayou City Event Center in Houston, supporting the outreach, education, and research efforts of his nonprofit charity, Band Against MS.
Walker performed some of his hits as well as new music for the crowd of roughly 300 people throughout the night, also discussed very candidly his life with Multiple Sclerosis. The event raised more than $200,000 for MS education and research.
The following day the singer also hosted an open MS Forum that roughly 160 people attended and had the unique opportunity to speak with leading MS Researchers about Multiple Sclerosis research and patient care as well as hear Walker’s inspiring story.
