Kenny Chesney’s The Big Revival returns the singer to the kind of songs fans have come to love from the iconic star. There’s some patented humor in the title track written by the late great Dennis Linde, there’s the nostalgia of soon to be Platinum lead single “American Kids” and there’s even the specific song about a specific place (“Flora-Bama”) that’s also, “a song for anyone who has somewhere they need to go to let their mind unwind,” says Kenny Chesney.”
Chesney recently played to thousands of fans at the August 16 Flora-Bama-Jam. He co-produced The Big Revival with longtime friend and producer Buddy Cannon after scrapping an entirely different project.
