Rising newcomers Brushville are set to release their debut album tomorrow, August 26, 2014. The band’s album features a strong collection of tracks which includes songs from top songwriters in Nashville, including Columbia Nashville artist Tyler Farr, who co-wrote the new single “Baby’s Got Her Boots On.” Other songwriters contributing to the album include A-list writers Dallas Davidson, Rivers Rutherford, Rhtt Akins, David Lee Murphy and Ben Hayslip, to name but a few. Lead vocalist Brett Gillan also co-wrote a few of the tracks
The band, which used a Kickstarter campaign to help finance the album, worked with award-winning producer Kyle Lehning (Randy Travis) on the projects.
“One of the all-time great producers in any genre, Kyle had a vision to give us our own ‘sound’ and we achieved that,” said Brett Gillan. “He really brought the record to the next level. We are so proud of [the album] and can’t wait for the fans to hear it.”
The band averages about 130 concert dates a year and won The Wildhorse Saloon's "Battle For The Saddle" competition in 2013.
