Country newcomer Allison Veltz has just released the lyric video to her upbeat debut single "Bright Side." The video features a furry friend named Penny who was adopted from the Nashville Humane Association. Directed by Justin Key and shot in Nashville, the video premiered last weekend via CountryWeekly.com.

Penny was originally found wandering the streets of Nashville, she was eventually taken in and adopted out by the Nashville Humane Association. Veltz's time spent with Penny on the video set led to her soon adopting her own rescue pup, Bruno, from the Nashville Humane Association.

In honor of Penny, Allison Veltz and her label Blaster Records are proud to announce the "Pennies For Penny" campaign. For every "Bright Side" video view between June 30 and July 20, a penny will be donated to the Nashville Humane Association to help the organization find homes for more dogs such as Penny.
