Miranda Lambert remains at #1 this week with “Platinum”, giving her 4 out of 5 weeks in the pole position of Country Music’s Top slot. She’s sold 331k copies of the album in this time and has remained in the SoundScan Top 200 Albums chart Top 10 during this time. Rural Rapper Colt Ford debuts in the Top 10 of the SoundScan chart and also hits #2 on this week’s chart with “Thanks For Listening,” the fifth full-length album of his career. Brantley Gilbert actually gained 1% in sales over the previous week’s report this past week with his nearly-Gold “Just As I Am.” Grand Ole Opry stars Old Crow Medicine Show debut at #4 with “Remedy,” selling 17k in its first week of release. Rounding out the Top 5 this week is Luke Bryan’s Double Platinum album “Crash My Party.”

Kicking off the #6 through #10 portion of our rundown, we find the seventh version of the Now That’s What I Call Country! series. In the 83rd week on this chart, “Here’s To The Good Times” is double Platinum and gained 4% in sales over last week’s report while Rural Raper and TV star Big Smo’s “Kuntry Livin” has remained in this chart’s Top 5 for each week of release but gains highest spot since the opening sales week. He’s now sold 38k in 5 weeks (8k this week alone). Eric Church’s “The Outsiders” sits at #8 this week with sales now at 649k to date. Blake Shelton’s “Based On A True Story” is at #10.
