Colt Ford Partners With Country Outfitter for New Boots Line

In a natural pairing, the rural rapper who started a new subgenre of Country music partners with the clothing brand.

Colt Ford is expanding his business side once again as he partners with Country Outfitter Exclusive Retailer for the star's first-ever line of boots. Colt Ford Boots by Rebel will be available exclusively at CountryOutfitter.com through fall 2014, and then available at other retailers after that. Ford’s personal style lives in each of the 26 designs in the Fall 2014 line.

Colt Ford Boots by Rebel embodies the unique spirit of his music, which blends the familiar sounds of country music with hip-hop rhythms for a sound that is altogether fun and loved by his loyal fans. By partnering with Rebel to create Colt Ford Boots, Ford has provided fans a new way to connect with the artist and experience the country lifestyle he represents. “I’m excited to be able to share this line of boots with my fans,” says Ford. “Rebel created 26 beautiful designs, and I think everyone is going to love them!”

Ford’s fans will love these boots that were designed especially for them, and those not familiar with Ford’s sound can discover Ford’s music through the new boot line.

“The Colt Ford line is a reflection of Ford’s style, his music, and his brand. The boots are unique in appearance yet deeply rooted in the country tradition,” notes TJ McDaniel, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Country Outfitter. “Rebel Boots has done a great job of bringing Ford’s style to life and we are thrilled to be the exclusive retailer this fall.”

This line of boots is perfect for the mud-truck events where Ford originally cultivated his fan base, as well as the arenas where Ford is performing this summer with Toby Keith on Keith’s Shut Up and Hold On tour. This launch was also timed to coincide with the July 1 release of Ford’s latest album, Thanks For Listening, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Country Album chart and includes collaborations with top country music artists such as Keith Urban, Lee Brice, Justin Moore, Jerrod Neiman, Willie Robertson of Duck Dynasty fame.
