With “Night That You’ll Never Forget,” Love and Theft return to Country radio and fans with the lead track from their upcoming second album for RCA Nashville (and third overall). With a banjo providing the rhythm for the melody, the duo of Eric Gunderson and Stephen Barker Liles showcase the song tells of a fun night out with friends, the kind of night that we all need to have once in a while.

Youthful, energetic and just plain fun, “Night That You’ll Never Forget” has a contemporary sound but like the stuff on their self-titled RCA debut (which featured “Angel Eyes”), “Night That You’ll Never Forget” is the kind of song that is easily likable. It has a nice laid-back energy to it, just like a good night out with friends often ends up being. Again, “Night That You’ll Never Forget” is youthful, energetic and just plain fun, the kind of song that radio should wanna spin all summer long.
