Luke Bryan takes the top spot at country radio this week with his latest single “Drink A Beer.” The new chart-topper marks Bryan's ninth trip to the No. 1 position.

Last week, "Drink a Beer" topped Billboard, and this week it secures that spot again and also moves up a position on Mediabase.

The song, written by Chris Stapleton and Jim Beavers, has spent the last 11 weeks as a Top 5 download on Nielsen’s Country Digital Song chart, five of which were spent at No. 1. The multi-week chart topper is the third consecutive No. 1 single from the singer's Crash My Party album, which was certified Platinum in just six weeks.

Closing in on No. 1 in the coming weeks are songs by Cole Swindell ("Chillin' It"), Jason Aldean ("When She Says Baby"), Lady Antebellum ("Compass"), Frankie Ballard ("Helluva Life"), Thompson Square ("Everything I Shouldn't Be Thinking About"), Blake Shelton ("Doin' What She Likes") and Dierks Bentley ("I Hold On").
