Cassadee Pope Leads Five "New Faces" Selected For Country Radio Seminar's Signature Finale Showcase

One of the biggest steps an artist can make in Country Music is to be chosen to perform the CRS New Faces Show and today the CRS Board announced the winners of the Industry-wide voting contest. Find out which four artists will be joining the pictured Cassadee Pope on stage in late February.

This year’s list of newly minted “New Faces” for CRS’s signature final event of their annual Trade Show in Nashville features Atlantic Nashville’s Brett Eldredge, Tyler Farr from Columbia Records, Cassadee Pope from Republic Nashville, Thomas Rhett from The Valory Music Co. and Charlie Worsham from Warner Brothers Nashville. Of this list, Only Worsham doesn’t yet have a Gold/Platinum or Top 10 hit single but what he does has is perhaps the most-loved new album in Rubberband.

Each artist has earned quite a bit of radio success with Eldredge, Farr and Rhett all scoring #1 hits this past year from well-received albums while Cassadee Pope is poised to break through as one of the rare female vocalists to score the triple threat of radio, retail and critical success (not to mention her status as a Blake Shelton protege who won NBC The Voice’s third season).

The 2014 New Faces of Country Music Show will be held on February 21, 2014 during Country Radio Seminar. If you wish to attend Country Radio Seminar you can go to www.countryradioseminar.com and register for a rate of $499 for the four day event. The dinner tickets for the new faces show is sold out but registrants can get Seating Only admission.
