The singer who released the critically-acclaimed 12 Stories through new indie label Slate Creek Records and Smith Entertainment (the label’s also home to Neal McCoy), announced today that she’ll be appearing on The Late Show With David Letterman on January 6, 2014. She’ll likely perform her ‘single’ “Stripes” from 12 Stories and has said that it’s a ‘dream come true’ for the rising star to appear on the program (and one of the few independent artists to score such a slot).
