The standout track on the album is — no doubt — the five piece band’s stellar a cappella version of “Silent Night.” The album is sonically placed exactly where we’d expect Restless Heart’s core sound to be, built on tight country/pop melodies and strong vocals from Larry Stewart and harmonies from the rest of the band (showcased on “O Holy Night” and “Angels We Have Heard On High”).
A Restless Heart Christmas gives fans a strong new collection of yuletide fare and helps continue to whet the appetite fans have for the band to return sometime in 2014 with an all-new collection of music.
