The new album will launch in New Zealand and Australia on January 31, 2014, coinciding with her Blue Smoke World Tour, which will visit New Zealand and Australia in February. Blue Smoke will be released in the United States and Europe in May 2014, after which the tour will visit England, Ireland, Scotland, Denmark, Germany, Norway, and Sweden.
