This week’s Top 5 is exactly the same as last weeks with Luke Bryan in a familar spot -- #1 -- with his “That’s My Kind Of Night” single. He’s sold remarkably well while Thomas Rhett’s “It Goes Like This” sits at #2 with sales of 40k this week while Blake Shelton’s at 435k sold for his latest hit from Based On A True Story…, “Mine Would Be You.” Sitting at #4 this week is Jason Aldean’s Gold-certified “Night Train.” Finally, at #5 is Tyler Farr with “Redneck Crazy. The single is less than 120k away from Platinum.
Cassadee Pope up to #6 with “Wasting All These Tears.” Track is Nearly Gold. Top 10 includes David Nail and Eli Young Band’s latest hits.
With sales rising to 29k sold last week, Cassadee Pope is now less than 90k away from securing a Gold certification for “Wasting All These Tears.” The track is up from #8 to #6 and is right ahead of “Cruise,” the nearly 6x Platinum hit single from her labelmates Florida Georgia Line. At #8 is David Nail with one of this week’s Risers of the Week as he jumps 8 slots within the Top 30 with “Whatever She’s Got.” He’s now moved 184k of the buzzworthy track.Eli Young Band’s “Drunk Last Night’ sits at #9 and has surpassed the 300k sold mark while Billy Currington’s “Hey Girl” sits at #10 with 670k sold.
Keith Urban & Miranda Lambert “We Were Us,” Chris Young “Aw Naw,” and Parmalee’s “Carolina” lead notables along with Riser of the Week “Drinks After Work” From Toby Keith and 5 more new Top 30 entrants.
The Top 30 chart’s notables rundown gets started by the buzzworthy “We Were Us” from Keith and Miranda. The song has sold 106k to date and since it’s SUCH a fast-rising radio hit, it may struggle to get to Gold like both’s bigger singles tend to do. Right behind it is Chris Young’s “Aw Naw, now a 423k seller and a song which should have no problem becoming a Gold-certified single for the RCA Nashville artist. Parmalee’s “Carolina has now sold nearly 300k and its up from #20 to #15 this week while Toby Keith’s “Drinks After work skyrockets from #40 to #22 this week with sales of 12k (31% more than last week, leading six new/returning singles onto the chart this week, including “Sweet Annie” from Zac Brown Band, Eric Paslay’s “Friday Night,” Jon Pardi’s “Up All Night,” Blake Shelton’s “Sure Be Cool If You Did” and Jake Owen’s “Days OF Gold.”
