Congratulations to Dierks Bentley and his lovely wife Cassidy who have welcomed their first son to the world. Little Knox Bentley arrived on Wednesday, October 9, and the proud papa couldn't wait to share the news with his fans via his social media sites.
"Well...... our boy Knox is here!" wrote the singer. "About to have the best tasting cold beer of my life! So proud of my wife. She rocked it. Crazy stuff. #beerme"
Bentley followed up the post with another, giving props to the hospital staff who ensured the safety arrival of his precious baby boy.
"Mad respect for doctors, nurses and everyone at hospitals," he praised in his post. "Can't believe ya'll do that day in and day out. Hard work making miracles happen."
Knox is the third child for the Bentleys who have two beautiful daughters -- Evie (age 5) and Jordan (age 2). Look for Bentley's new musical project, Riser, to arrive in stores later this year or first part of 2014.
